of Use agreement sets forth the agreement between B17Source.com
and each user ("you" or "user") governing
the use by you of this site. Please read this agreement carefully
before using this site. By using this site, you signify your assent

The information on this site is for informational purposes only

Order
Status: You will receive an order confirmation via email
as soon as your order has been submitted. You will also receive
a shipping confirmation once your order has been shipped (usually
within 1-3 days). If you still have not received your shipping
confirmation, please contact us.
Shipping
and Charges: All orders are shipped F.O.B Tijuana,
Mexico. All international orders are shipped via Express and
take approximately 3-10 days for delivery. To avoid
Customs refusal and delays we strongly advise all Australian
customers to obtain a form TGA. Rates vary based
on total package weight and final destination. All orders
are shipped within 2 to 4 business days (excluding Sat. and
Sun.).
Duties
and taxes: Our pricing does not include duties, insurance
costs or value-added taxes. If assessed, these charges are the
responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed for
them by the local Customs office.
Payments for International
Orders: All prices listed are in U.S. dollars. When you
pay by credit card, the credit card company will calculate the
exchange rate and include it in your monthly billing statement.
Payment Options: We accept
the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express,
Discover. We are not currently accepting mail orders or orders
by phone.
Credit Card Security: These
days there is no technical reason why your credit card information
should not be secure, but much still depends on the management
systems that merchants use. For example there is absolutely no
point in using a SSL secure server to collect credit card details
(as we do at B17Source.com) if it is later posted over the Internet
using unsecured e-mail. When you place an order with us, your
credit card information is Never passed on to us via email but
rather stored in an SSL Secure server to be retrieved later. We
then have to collect the card number using the SSL secure browser
and 2 ID numbers and passwords from a secure site.
Complications: We
will immediately notify you of any complications with your order,
including back orders and credit card trouble.
Return Policy: Returns
are accepted in brand new, saleable condition within 30 calendar
days of purchase. You must first contact us by email for an RA#
(Return Authorization) prior to shipping your return. All return
packages must clearly display this RA# on the outside of the box,
or the package will not be received. Shipping and handling fees
are not refundable.
